Issue 11

The first thing we did was get feedback from Georgie, who had written up our Respect acrostic of our most important school rules, which we had suggested the previous meeting, and had taken them to Mr Hudson. He said that they weren’t really rules but we thought that perhaps they could be used as a Chesham Code Of Conduct, so we will go back to Mr Hudson to suggest that

The next thing we did was also get feedback from James and Georgie about the lines, which are fading away on the playground. Mr Hudson said he would sort them out by the end of the year.

The next thing we did was get feedback from James and Georgie about the house point display in the hall, which we thought looked a bit messy, and Mr Hudson said that he will sort that out and make it look a bit neater.

Next we got feedback of James, Georgie, Tia and Jack about having a Red Nose day and Mr Hudson agreed to it and we thought that we could all wear red and bring in 50p. Then we thought of selling buns, The School Council would bring them in and sell them at play and when you by one you could decorate them yourself. So we will ask Mr Hudson about that and report back to you in the next issue after the holidays.

The first new item on our agenda was from Class 2 about having a school bell for playtimes and home times but sadly this issue did not go forward because we thought it was not a good idea.

The last item on our agenda was from Class 1 about having a technology day where we all make things so the class 1 councillors and Cara Faye are going to see Miss Styles, who is the head of Design and Technology and we will report back to you in the next issue
