School will close at 2.30 p.m. for all children at the end of each full term (Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays). In addition to the lunch period, there are morning and afternoon breaks for Infants and morning breaks for Juniors. The school doors open at 8.50 a.m. and at 8.45 a.m. on wet mornings. Parents MUST NOT send their children before this time as supervision cannot be assured. Children must be in the playground by 8.50 a.m. – this enables everyone to be settled in classrooms and registered by 8.55 a.m. Children arriving after 9.00 a.m. are marked late. Children arriving after 9.15 a.m. will be counted as absent. Parents are asked, when collecting children from school at the end of the morning and afternoon sessions, not to wait in the cloakrooms or entrances as this poses a hazard and a hindrance to children. Similarly, parents must not use the link corridor as this poses a Health and Safety issue.
