
Adding an attachment to a RM Easymail Plus email
EasyMail Plus allows you to add attachments to emails, for example Word documents, drawings or spreadsheets that you have already created and want to send to someone. The exercise below demonstrates how you can do this.
Please note that there is a 4MB limit to the size of attachments and a 5MB limit to the total size of the message." You first need to create an email, so that the attachment can be related to the correct message.
" Click the Attach button.

" A window is displayed, showing the documents that you have in your computer or on your shared network (if applicable).
" Click on the document you would like to attach and click the Open button.
" Click the Add File button. This is an important step, as you may want to add a number of attachments to your email in one go. The Attached Files list shows which documents you have chosen to attach.
" Click OK and the document(s) will be added to your email message. If you have successfully done this, you will see an icon (a floppy disk) and a list of your attachment(s) in the 'Files' section above the message.
Reading an AttachmentAn email with an attachment is shown by a disk symbol in the Status column.

" Open the message and click on the attachment name at the bottom of the message. The attached document will automatically open within your web browser.

" Click Index to return to the 'New Mail' folder.
