Pupils work in pairs or small groups. They send each other emails. The content of the messages is within the curriculum.

Email Pen-pals

Any pen-pal scheme tends to be short lived. These activities are designed to be for a term at the most. If pupils can keep it going, that's a bonus.

Questions and Answers

The Pupils use email to ask questions to find out about the person they are "talking to".
These activities provide an opportunity to introduce a discussion about the safe use of Email and the Internet - people can pretend to be anything, how can they be sure that the person they are "talking to" is really who they say they are.
