FROGS - Organisation
The Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting to be held in September each year and shall consist of:-
A Chairperson
A Vice-Chairperson
A Secretary
2 Treasurers
No less than 8 Committee Members
The management and control of the Association shall be vested in the Committee elected at the Annual General Meeting. Members shall serve for 1 year, but then can seek re-election.
The object of the Association is to advance the education of the pupils in the school. In furtherance of this object the Association may:-
- Develop more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school.
- Engage in activities which support the school and advance the education of the pupils attending it.
- Provide and assist in the provision of such facilities or items for education at the school (not provided by statutory funds) as the Committee in consultation with the Governing Body shall from time to time determine.
