Our Literacy unit this half term will be notified here soon.
In Numeracy, we continue to focus on developing mental calculation strategies including number bonds and times tables.
We are also looking at word problems and ways of working out.

Our reading books will usually be changed on a Tuesday. Please make sure an adult has signed your reading record to say that you have read your book. Guided reading sessions take place on a daily basis so please make sure your book and reading record are in school each day. |

Written homework will be given out on a Friday to be returned the following Tuesday. This will include a Literacy and Numeracy focus. Instructions are included so you know what to do! |

Each Monday you will be given 8 spelling words to learn. These spellings will usually follow the letter patterns which are being taught in class during the week. An assessment will be carried out on a Friday. |

PE for 3G is on Tuesdays and Fridays. PE for 3B is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Make sure you have a named kit in school every day as sometimes there will be extra PE lessons from outside agencies like Radcliffe Borough. |

Pencil cases can only be used during playtimes and Golden Time. |
